Mouthpiece is in the compartment box with some other accessories. Case outside shows age/use/storage wear as well but is in good condition. Has Buescher Elkhart Ind. Opens and closes well, latches on front work. Missing the strap handle. Interior shows wear from age/use /storage. Purple felt like material. Saxophone may play, be used for parts, be restored but is UNTESTED!!!!! Comes as seen in the pictures.
