This is a Bach TR300H2 Student Trumpet with Bach C5 Mouthpiece, Hard Case and Accessories. You’ll be hard-pressed to tell this from new – Lacquer is 99%, no dings, scratches or dents. All slides and valves move freely. This instrument was little-used and very well maintained.

For sale is this early Yamaha silver plated trumpet. Renold Schilke was hired to help Yamaha with the design of this trumpet. It is generally regarded to be close to Schilke’s B5 trumpet. It is a lightweight model suitable for playing lead or most any type of music. It features a reverse leadpipe. Overall this trumpet is in great condition with only a tiny plating wear noticed between first and second valve where most trumpet players place their thumb. Otherwise the silver plating is in great condition. All slides and valves operate smoothly and the spit valves are in good condition. It comes with an original case. Appears to be original, the tone ring is brass. Case is not bad from the 1940s, the right clasp spring is broken.
This is a bare brass trumpet which has survived the test of time. This is a very light trumpet and has a nice tone. Overall it has survived in really good shape with hardly any dings or dents and with some deeper cleaning\polishing would be spectacular. Very nice example of one of these. It currently has the optional lead pipe insert for cornet mouth pieces. I did not yank on it or put in any penetrating oil on that or the slides which will need some to release. We do not restore the instrument to an as new state nor do we know the intricacies of doing so. Some instruments will get taken apart and ultrasonically cleaned with mild detergent and not chemical baths. It depends on our time and the rarity of the instrument.
