Silver and Brass Music Shop is a brick-and-mortar brass instrument restoration and repair shop located in Carson City, NV. Is a vintage Martin Committee T3460 trumpet (serial number 551354). The bore of the horn is medium large. The bell is 4 7/8. The engraving is crisp and clean, and reads The/ Martin/ Committee Model/ Kensha, WIS. This horn looks beautiful and plays very well. The valves have excellent compression, do not appear to have any wear at all and feel very mechanically sound, with no wiggle from side to side. As for the aesthetic condition of the horn, the silver plate is in excellent condition with little to no wear, and t. He slides, valve caps, finger buttons and the inside of the bell are all 24K gold plated, which makes the horn look stunning. There are a few tiny dings and a few small scratches, as well as a little bit of wavyness in the bell flare and bow. This horn has Amado style piston water keys rather than normal lever and cup type water keys. All this is visible in the pictures, and none of it affects the playability of the horn. This instrument has been professionally cleaned in our shop and repaired to full playability. This trumpet comes with a mouthpiece in good condition, and a hardshell case.
