The Screamer has a soft round rim which is very comfortable. The width of the rim helps offset lip swelling, and there is some undercut for chop room. The small inside rim diameter. 590 is paired with an extremely shallow V bowl cup (similar to Bach F in depth). The entrance to the throat. Holton Model 45 Trumpet 1951 Reconditioned Original Case & Bach 7C MP

Holton Model 45 Trumpet 1951 – Reconditioned – Original Case & Bach 7C MP Bore. 456 – Serial# 232. These vintage pro model Holton’s are some of my favorite horns. This Model 45 is in excellent original condition with 97% lacquer , most wear is showing on the tuning slide. Everything is smooth, valves and compression are excellent. 3rd slide lock is not original, case is in good overall condition but does show interior and exterior wear, included is a Bach 7C mouthpiece. UpYourBrass shop policies are to offer only inspected, repaired, thoroughly cleaned, detailed horns. Horn is dis-assembled and inspected, soaked in an organic de-greasing solution and scrubbed. Body, valves and components are treated in an organic chem clean with Tesch products (Tesch is recommended by NAPBIRT). Hand-lapped valves and chambers (This process can take up to an hour). Complete detail of all components, hot water scrubbed and prepped for assembly. Valves aligned, pads and springs replaced as needed. Play tested and final inspected before listing for sale. Clean your instrument regularly (especially lead-pipe and tuning slide) and have a chem-clean or ultrasonic clean done every two years. Vintage cases are all disinfected, cleaned and sanitized but there may be a residual horn smell in any old case. UpYourBrass Policies (please read).
