Appears to be in excellent condition. The case is in very good condition for the vintage. Roth cornet, and judging by the serial number 83039, it was manufactured in the 1950s. Roth was a brand made by the Cleveland Musical Instrument Company. What’s in the case. The cornet itself appears to be in very good condition, with normal wear. The red-tipped item is a straight mute, probably made of aluminum and fiberboard. There’s also a bottle of valve oil, which is essential for keeping the valves moving smoothly.
