Vintage alto trumpet “Orpheus”, USSR, 1970s. 314, Kyiv, Ukraine, without mouthpiece and case. Vintage musical instrument, USSR, trumpet. Not a bad appearance: brass, dazzlingly shiny color, good reflection – this trumpet will be a worthy gift to those who love and appreciate you. If I bought such a trumpet, it would become an exclusive decoration of my home or office. It looks respectable, rich, tasteful and decorates with its classic, timeless forms. Some small dents, but they can be carefully smoothed out to a state when they disappear completely. I think that if you give it to a normal master, then by the evening a talented musician will be able to perform the best jazz and twist compositions on it. Unfortunately, due to the martial law in my city, there is nowhere to lubricate this beauty with high-quality lubricant. I polished it myself, for the rest I did not have the skill and availability of masters. Everything is at the front. The keys are movable, working, the mechanism is in perfect order. Now the viola, after polishing, is wrapped in adhesive tape to protect it from air and direct sunlight. This is an excellent instrument for both beginners and professionals in the musical business. Please look carefully at the photo. Dimensions: approximately 28 x 75 x 40 cm. Bell diameter: 28 cm. The pipe has a stamp of the factory, which was then located in the USSR, Ukraine, Kyiv. This is the Orpheus factory. There is also a stamp of a vertically standing wind pipe. This is a very rare find these days. Finding such a wind instrument in such excellent condition is a real stroke of luck. Soviet musical instruments of that time were distinguished by high quality and strict production control. I know that today many specialists and musicians are looking for such devices. Unfortunately, their number is decreasing. I wish you successful home decoration and fiery music with constant jazz and zest in your company.
