This is a great example of a rare late vintage Buescher True Tone tenor saxophone #262XXX with a nearly new complete set of snap-in pads. It was manufactured in 1932 in Elkhart, Indiana USA, at a peak period of quality as Buescher was transitioning to the New Aristocrat model and incorporating improvements into these late True Tones. His sax is set up to good playing adjustment, h. Speckling, scratches in it’s vintage relaquer finish, considering the age of this sax. This sax has a beautiful lush, warm vintage sound and strong presence. Comes in it’s original case and this.
