1925 Conn New Wonder “Chu Berry” Alto Saxophone. This horn is in Good used condition and is a nice example of a 1925 Chu Berry vintage sax. These horns are known for their big vintage sound that rivals the sound quality of horns that are much more expensive. If you want that big vintage sound you hear on recordings, but without the price tag, then this sax is for you. This sax has serial# 158533 from 1925. It shows normal wear and tear with relatively few nicks and dings for a horn this age, overall in Good used condition. This sax can be played as is but needs some key adjustments and maybe some pad replacements. I’d recommend having a technician take a look at it to get it into top shape.
