This horn is perfect for solo, chamber, and orchestral literature, though the late, great Brazilian jazz trumpeter, Claudio Roditi also had a Pleischl model. I’ve used it in these settings, most recently performing the iconic trumpet “solo” in Siegfried-Idyll and also teaching jazz ensemble to my students while trying to harness some of Maestro Roditi’s (whom I knew) bebop brilliance. Horn is in bright silver plated with a medium-large bell Krantz, 3rd valve trigger with 3rd valve water key, and mini-ball linkages. All in perfect working order, and ready for professional use. One cool feature I couldn’t capture in the photos are the main and 3rd slide waterkeys have insets built into the keys – whether this helps with sealing overall or is designed to help with the “Klappen” overblow key, I’m not sure, but the main slide key works GREAT on top line F, high Bb/D/F.
