OLDS SUPER TRUMPET 1941 EARLY LIGHT PLAYS GREAT. SERIAL NUMBER 10160 EARLY ONE Condition is “Used”. Well, this old gal may not be the prettiest girl at the dance but she sure can dance. This Trumpet plays very well and has decent compression I use Hetmanns number 2 or 3 and it seals up well. It has bumps and bruises throughout I polish the end of the bell just because it looked better it has the old bell garland engraving which is very nice. It is missing the first valve thumb saddle. It has one dent on the back of the bell bow it is missing the mother of pearl knob on the second slide but the slide pulls fine, and the end of the third valve dump Slide has a dent. It has a small protective thumb patch on the lead pipe which was done back in the Day by professional players when they use their horn a lot there is no signs of issues with the lead pipe. If you were looking for a player that you can take on any professional gig then this may be your dance partner. Look at pictures please for this one is as is.
