This is a great playing vintage example of a Yamaha YBS 61 baritone saxophone #25XX with low A manufactured in Japan in the 1970’s. Pads are somewhat older than midlife but still flexible and t. His sax is set up to good playing adjustment. Plenty of wear, small dents and scratching on it’s vintage laquer finish as can be seen in the photos. This sax blows easily with solid edge and vintage character. Last photo shows resoldered bell-to-body brace, which is a solid repair.
