Great inexpensive practice horn / second instrument for a student! We bought this horn specifically for our daughter to keep at home after she joined band. Her school instrument was large and heavy, and carrying it back and forth every day became a hassle. Instead, we bought this one so she could leave the school horn at school and still practice at home. This horn is definitely not pretty. It has several dents, including noticeable dents around the bell, along with scratches, wear, and other cosmetic imperfections. Please look closely at all of the photos for the condition. The important part: it plays great. All three buttons/valves work well, and it served its purpose perfectly as a home practice instrument. This would be a great choice for a student who already has a school-issued instrument and wants an affordable horn to leave at home. No more hauling a big, heavy instrument back and forth every day. Expect dents and cosmetic wear. It is not being represented as a collector-quality or cosmetically clean horn-the value here is having an affordable, playable instrument for practice.
