This is a bare brass trumpet which has survived the test of time. This is a very light trumpet and has a nice tone. Overall it has survived in really good shape with hardly any dings or dents and with some deeper cleaning\polishing would be spectacular. Very nice example of one of these. It currently has the optional lead pipe insert for cornet mouth pieces. I did not yank on it or put in any penetrating oil on that or the slides which will need some to release. We do not restore the instrument to an as new state nor do we know the intricacies of doing so. Some instruments will get taken apart and ultrasonically cleaned with mild detergent and not chemical baths. It depends on our time and the rarity of the instrument.
