Nice old rotary Bb Flugelhorn, needs some service

Interesting, nice & old Flugelhorn with rotary valves. No makersname to be found. Size of the horn is 43cm/17inch. The tubing from the bell to the beginning of the mouthpice receiver is136cm / 53,5 inches long. So it plays in Bb. Two valves are moving easy and fast, the 1st valve does not move easy. The slides are moveable. There are a couple of minor dents and bents in the tubing and bell. And there are some small spots of red corrossion. I belive that the instrument can be played for several more years anyway. Instrument needs to be serviced. Please take a look at my other auctions with antic string-, woodwind- and brass instruments. Used tuba in F with 4 rotary valves. The instrument is inused condition, and needs some care. There are bents at the bell and 2 soldery places at the braces are lose. (please make sure you see all pictures). The slides are moveable and “Plopping”. The valves are moving easy and fast. The bell reads “Amati Kraslice” Size of the horn is approx. This is a great original example of a vintage King Zephyr alto saxophone #259XXX with low wear for it’s age on it’s gold laquer finish. It is a prime vintage Zephyr, manufactured in 1942 in Cleveland, Ohio USA, the absolute peak period of quality. It has good pads around midlife and t. His sax is set up to good playing adjustment. Speckling and scratches and small dents for it’s age. Repair of neck dents seen in photo #4, no effect on it’s great sound. This sax has a great edge, even response and blows very easily. Nice Playing Vintage King 2104 4B Professional Large Bore Trigger Trombone /Case

King 2104 4B Professional Large Bore Trombone. This model has been a popular professional trombone for decades. It offers a very open rich lyrically sound with strong projection. The main slide has a nice feel and the trigger is smooth and quick. Included is a used case which shows wear but is structurally sound and a used Yamaha 48 mouthpiece in good playing condition. It has been hard for me to determine the age. I was able to conclude that the 2104 was introduced in the 1960’s. My guess would be that the trombone was manufactured in the 1970’s. The trombone has cosmetic blemishes which include areas of missing lacquer, evidence of past dent removal, light scratches, pings and normal wear There are no large dents and the majority of the lacquer is intact. This is a great-playing example of a vintage Conn 6m alto saxophone manufactured in 1947, #320XXX, when Conn was still making their best saxophones. Rolled toneholes and naked lady engraving. His sax has a good set of pads with plenty of life left and it is set up to good playing adjustment, with needed replacements. Normal wear for a sax of it’s vintage with some scratches and a few small dents and wear mainly on the neck and some wear on the touch points as seen in the photos on it’s original laquer finish. Here is a beautiful Yamaha YTR-136 Student Model Trumpet in stunning silver. This trumpet is in good condition, with no major dents and only two or three tiny nicks on the instrument. There are no dents on the bell. All slides move with the exception of the main tuning slide. All valves move freely. The valve tops have some wear from use. The spit valve/water key needs to be re-padded (see pictures). Comes with an unmarked mouthpiece and a Selmer case. The fabric lining on the inside of the case is coming off in some places around the edges; only the adhesive has failed, the fabric is not torn. Check out our other listings for more cool stuff! This is a rare fine-playing example of a Selmer Modele 22 tenor saxophone #32XX manufactured in Paris, France in 1925, in original silver plate. Pads are older but still flexible, and t. His sax is set up to good playing adjustment. Aftermarket front high F key added as seen in photo #6, works perfectly. Normal wear and scratching on it’s silver plated finish but few bumps or small dents. This sax blows very evenly with a solid and strong characteristic Selmer core throughout the entire range. Vintage Eastlake King Silver Flair Professional Trumpet. This is certainly one of the very best trumpets King has ever made and an american classic in the professional trumpet world. The blow is wonderful, and I believe you will love the. The valves have a nice feel with strong compression. The trigger is smooth and function as are all the slides. The trumpet has just been ultrasonically cleaned and is ready to enjoy. Included is the original case which shows a lot of wear but does hold the trumpet nicely. The silver plating is very nice and there are no large dents. There is evidence of dent removal in the back of the bough and small indentations. Please see the last photo that shows this.
