This is a 1960 (210xxx) Martin Committee III tenor sax with a recent overhaul with Selmer-style resonators. Some are certain it is but I can’t say for sure. The neck certainly has been refinished separate from the horn but it is original with the matching number. The original thumb rest was replaced. The lacquer on the neck looks newer ans cleaner thsn the body, but the serial numbers match.
