Trumpet is in good working condition, all valves and slides work properly. Serial # 5 635091 No Case Trumpet shows general signs of wear and use. There is one pea sized dent in the top as pictured. Please review pictures for condition as you will receive the exact trumpet shown.
This is a Vincent Bach Soloist trumpet that appears to be intact, except for a missing bottom valve cap, and fully operational. The valves are intact and move smoothly. It likely needs to be tuned up. Free economy return on this item in the condition shown in the photos. Please see my feedback and my other items.
This is a bare brass trumpet which has survived the test of time. This is a very light trumpet and has a nice tone. Overall it has survived in really good shape with hardly any dings or dents and with some deeper cleaning\polishing would be spectacular. Very nice example of one of these. It currently has the optional lead pipe insert for cornet mouth pieces. I did not yank on it or put in any penetrating oil on that or the slides which will need some to release. We do not restore the instrument to an as new state nor do we know the intricacies of doing so. Some instruments will get taken apart and ultrasonically cleaned with mild detergent and not chemical baths. It depends on our time and the rarity of the instrument. We try to price our instruments fairly to make them accessible to folks. We have 24 photos to show the state of the item and if you have further questions please ask. All sales are final but i. Thanks for checking out my Yamaha YBS-61 Baritone Saxophone listing! This horn has a range to low A. This vintage instrument is in great playing condition. I’ve had a good amount of work done on it over the past few months, including a service just a couple of weeks before listing it. Hard case from photos included. If you’re looking for a pro-level Low A bari sax that has held up very well over the years but for half of the price of newer pro models, even thousands less than some new intermediate models, then this is the horn for you! It has a big and powerful sound and the low end really sings. Yet it is also a very focused sound. The altissimo is also nicely in tune compared to other bari saxes I’ve played. I’ve been gigging on this horn since last September and I really love playing it. However, I no longer have as much use for it and need the funds so I’m looking to pass it along to someone who will play it. Please note that this horn has gone through plenty of wear over the years and there are many signs that it has been well-used. There is lacquer wear, some minor denting especially around the bow and bell, some replaced screws, and several points of resoldering. There is also minor neck pull-down, though it hasn’t affected the playing for me. The low C tone hole is out of round, but the pad is seated to the shape of the tone hole and my repair tech has not found it to be an issue causing any leaking. Also, the thumb rest is plastic, not sure if it is a replacement. Please see the photos for more details and feel free to message me with any questions or concerns.
