This is a great bass bone. And from what Ive found its a rare model. I could only find one other listing in my research, other than that its nonexistent on the internet. The bell was replaced before I got the bass bone, which youll be able to see where the new bell was reattached to the body of the instrument in the photos where I circled and captioned it. The bell is a rose Gold color while the rest of the trombone is a yellowish brass which creates a cool contrast. It comes with two slides, both have red spots on them, one more than the other. But this can of course be fixed in the future if you have a shop service it. Lastly It comes with a hard case and a mouth piece. All of this will be sanitized and cleaned for your safety. KING 4B “Sonorous” Symphonic Tenor Trombone with original Case and King 29 mpc. S/N 49xxx puts production in early 1970’s. Just out of shop where it underwent a chemclean, dent removal, valve and slide adjustments. Slide action is good and all tuning slides work perfectly. Case is in good condition. Overall lacquer is good with the usual King”patina”and wear in all the usual places. Evidence of dents removed from bell flare as depicted in photos. Rotary valve and linkage work fine.
