Offered here is one of the nicest Conn 10M Tenors you probably have ever seen or will see. This horn is one of the great ones, serial number 284, XXX, made in 1938 the same year Conn started making a limited number of 30Ms. Of course this horn has the Rolled Tone Holes along with being a one owner horn bought brand new back in 1938. The condition of the lacquer is just stellar as you can see from the pics. Some of the original pads still remain on the horn, so you will need to put some TLC into it to get it into top notch playing condition. Horns like this beauty do not come along every day. If you are in the market for one of the Ferraris of Tenor saxophones, heres your chance to get an extremely nice one. The engraving is very pretty & prominent on the bell. There are pinpoints of lacquer wear scattered around the horn in just a handful of places… Really of no consequence. The neck is also in fabulous condition with absolutely No Pull Down at all. It will come to you in its Original wooden case in very good condition for its age with both spring latches working fine & the Metal Conn Emblem centered in the middle on the outside of the top lid of the case. Last but not least, the horn still retains its original metal end plug. This baby is priced to move & totally delight her new owner. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
