Calicchio Hollywood “C” Trumpet rare short bell in very excellent condition with no dents or dings and quick valves. This is a Domenick Calicchio horn made about in the 1980’s in Hollywood, CA. It has a 4 7/8 in. 470 bore and a #10 lead pipe – the last lead pipe developed for trumpets, a very bright sound with exceptional focus and wonderful projection; extremely responsive well suited for loudest playing situations. The bell is marked “U 1″. This horn is 1 1/2 in. Shorter in length than my Bb trumpet making it appear like a regular Bb trumpet but easier to use mutes like Wa, Wa and plunger. A nice ProPac trumpet case is included. I love this trumpet, but no longer have need for it.
