This King 2106-6B Duo Gravis Bass Trombone has the dual dependent valve section. The lacquer finish is decent but does have some rough spots here and there. Has the 9.5 Yellow Brass Bell. Standard Bass Trombone Bore Size. Is in good condtion and plays fantastic. Hand slide is totally straight and smooth. Has finger ring for smaller size hands. Freshly chem cleaned and serviced, adjusted for maximum playability. No service needs to improve playability. Would make an excellent first bass trombone for an advancing student or ideal for a tenor doubler in need of a solid bass. Would work great in a pro commerical situation or in a big band. It would also be a great pit orchestra bass double. The original King case and a Bach 3G mouthpiece will be included. Kanstul Model 1662I Bass Trombone in VG Condition Take a Look

This Kanstul model 1662I double trigger bass trombone was owned by a collector and a player. It’s in very good conditioned and has been well maintained. The serial number is 38xxx. There is a small amount of lacquer wear by the trigger (see pictures) and some small dents in the bell (see pictures) but these are hard to detect from more than a foot or two away. The bell and slide are bronze. The case is in near perfect condition. From Kanstul’s website. Kanstuls Model 1662i is the inline version of the Model 1662. The independent CR rotors mounted on the neckpipe allow a myriad of alternative positions for the technically astute player. To aid neck clearance, the 1662i is offered with a wider hand slide. A standard width hand slide, which weighs slightly less, is available by request. Bach Stradivarius 50B Professional Bass Trombone with OE Thayer valve. This instrument is in excellent condition.. It appears that the instrument was used professionally by a member of a military band prior to me. Minor work on bell throat was done by the previous owner to correct any dents. No additional dents appear on the instrument. The slide moves very well – 9.5 out of 10 action – with no abnormal wear spots. I’ve only used Yamaha Slide lubricant. The slide section also includes a removable leadpipe. (note-it only came with the one leadpipe, though it looks like it would take standard Edwards leadpipes). Thayer valve moves quickly with no issues. Lacquer is at about 95% on the bell section; 70% on the slide section. Comes with original hard shell case – AND the Leather Specialties neck guard. I’ve owned this bass trombone for the past few years, and have only played it over the past two summers in the hopes of increasing my range and versatility as a trombonist. (I play tenor trombone semi-professionally in the area) The Thayer valve blows very freely – a little too freely for me – and so I’ve opted for a different bass trombone with a more traditional rotor feel. This is a wonderful instrument, and I’m hoping it will find a home with a musician that can really appreciate the Thayer valve as it was meant to be.
