Here’s a VERY NICE Mount Vernon Bach Model 34 trombone. This is a great medium-large bore trombone in excellent condition. This model, no longer made, features a. 522 bore and an 8 inch bell, and in my opinion plays with a lot more pop than the current model 36. The body is excellent. Lacquer appears to have been deliberately removed to enhance resonance. Slide (see photo) is excellent – light and fast and showing very little wear at the stocking.
