1960 Buescher S20 Super 400 Tenor Saxophone in Good Condition Make an Offer

This Buescher S20 “Super 400″ was made in about 1960 according to its serial number (#361xxx) and is really nice condition, and still has its original lacquer. We’ve removed a couple of dents from the bell bow, but the rest of this horn is dent free. All the keys move freely and work well, and the lacquer is 99% intact. It’s not perfect, but it presents really nicely. The pads are the old style snap-in variety and all the snaps are present. The pads themselves are older but are in good condition and playable. This instrument would benefit from a full repad to put it into top playing condition. The case is in nice shape as well, although the handle is missing. The latches and hinges are all in good working order. The exterior shows minor signs of wear, but the interior looks really good, with hardly any wear at all. All in all, this is a very good looking Buescher Aristocrat. These are hard to find these days in this condition, so grab it while you can! All reasonable offers considered. Acquired from a school that did not know, so it seems, a good repair shop. Numerous minor dings and dents, now balled and burnished out, worn lacquer finish spot-sprayed to protect the brass. Good player, not perfect, but an honest and straight example. With mouthpiece, no case. 687 inches; 19 inch bell diameter. 100% MADE IN USA! King Super 20 Silver Sonic Tenor Sax in Good Playing Condition Make an Offer

This King Super 20 Silver Sonic tenor sax was made in about 1967 according to its serial number (420xxx) and is in good condition. It was made in the Cleveland factory. The Sterling silver neck and bell are somewhat tarnished and there is some lacquer wear on the body (please see pictures), but this horn is dent free and is working and playing very well. The pads are in good shape and feature oversized brass resonators. We’ve run this horn through our professional woodwind repair department to put it in top playing condition. The case is in good condition as well. There is some wear in the latches and hinges, but both still work well, and the case is in good structural condition. All reasonable offers considered.
