I have played Martins, Bach strads and nothing compares to the sound of a King Silver Flari 1055T model. They are getting harder and harder to come by. This is an original 1055T model made some where around 1972. The serial number is 453xxx. It was made in the Eastlake factory. Everything works as it should and the horn plays incredibly. The bore size is. The valve pistons are clean and in good condition. They move up and down quickly, quietly, and smoothly. Compression/vacum is very good. All slides move smoothly. The first valve trigger is the most intelligently designed trigger ever made. All bracing is strong and secure. This is an excellent professional level trumpet from the original King company. A original Vincent Bach 7C mouthpiece in included. The horn comes with the original King Hard Case. The case is not in great condition (look at pictures) Latches work but springs on latches do not. The 1055T was made famous by Herb Alpert, Dizzy Gillespie and Ollie Mitchell to mention a few. This is one of the cleanest vintage horns you will find. Look at the pictures.
