This H&A Bundy trumpet is in playing condition and recent servicing includes a chem clean, flare dent repair, and basic soldering at the leadpipe. Everything works as it should and plays nicely. Lacquer wear throughout the horn, some parts fully raw brass. Brass scarring from previous repair and a few minor dings in the body. Solder work at a few braces as pictured. Overall, a great horn!

Welcome to Ashantee Music! Matching Exceptional Students With Quality Instruments. One of several professional trumpets we are offering for sale. This is a Bach Stradivarius 180S37 silver trumpet in Bb with the additional 1. Valve trigger not found on most 37’s. S/n 116XXX makes this around 1977, though there is a small gap in the serial number lists at that point. It looks far newer and to have been played very carefully and very little. Silver plating about 99.5% with little if any wear at all, and just a couple very small dings left over from careful and minor dent removal. No signs of repair or major dent removal. Valves are fast and smooth and quiet with very good compression. All tuning slides are free including the third-valve dump slide which is so often stuck on vintage horns. Just through the shop where it was chem cleaned, detergent cleaned, lubed, polished, and had all new tuning slide O-rings, water key cork, piston felts and stop rod bumper installed. Copper bottom straight mute, Harmon wow-wow mute, polishing cloth, Bach 5C and 7C mouthpieces, new ProTec microfiber cloth, and new ProTec leather finger protector. All in the vintage hard case with minor wear and what looks like tiny paint splatters, but structurally in good condition. A great-playing horn from a great period with a hard-to-find trigger, and super hard to find in this condition! This Holton T602R trumpet has just been serviced by New York’s top woodwind tech Emile Catricala and plays perfectly through the entire range. Valves are in great condition and move smoothly. For an advancing player to succeed on trumpet they need a free blowing instrument with excellent compression, and this one fits the bill perfectly. There are some small cosmetic imperfections (see pictures) but nothing that affects tone or playability.

1962 Holton Stratodyne cornet. One of the top of the line Holton cornets, back in the day. If you’re reading this listing, you probably know exactly what a fine cornet this is. This one has some lacquer issues, but mechanically it’s in excellent condition. It has just been fully serviced, and the valves and slides are all moving freely. It has probably had some work done to it over the years, but currently in very good condition. Comes with a King case, but no mouthpiece. If you do need a mouthpiece for this, just let me know.

Recently serviced Vintage Holton Collegiate 1955 Trumpet, Serial # 278041, made in Elkhorn, Wisconsin. Cleaned, Valves Oiled, Pulled all slides and greased. Does not have any major dents but has a few small dings. Brass coating is in good condition. A few places are worn, but overall, good condition for a 70 year old trumpet. The case is ok inside, but the outside shows a lot of wear. An unused Yamaha 14A4a mouthpiece. Would still be a great trumpet for a student.
