Whalophone – is an excellent quality waterphone produced by Turtle Drums. The extraordinary, beautiful and eerie sound that it produces gives an out-of-this-world sensation to the listener being a perfect instrument to create moving atmosphere in concerts, movies, spectacles and all sort of shows (also a great addition in a storytelling experience). Classic whalophone has 26 rods now! There are many ways to produce sound from whalophone – you can use your bare hands, knock the spikes with your fingers or with mallets, or finally, use a bow which significantly enhances the spectrum of sounds. To create incredible “wah-wah” effect just pour some water inside the whalophone (80 ml should do the trick) and listen how it talks to you when you play it! Classic whalophone consists of 26 different length rods permanently attached to a stainless steel body with silver joints. Used for 3 years. Works perfectly fine, great starter trumpet for any age group. The bell is a little flat on the edges due to setting it down on the bell throughout middle school, shouldn’t be difficult to fix if you want to take it into the shop or fix it yourself. Other than that only some common minor dents that will not effect performance. The trumpet and mouthpiece were thoroughly cleaned before listed. Any questions are welcome!

Getzen Combo Trombone Ser#KN1133 Both Slide and Valve Included Plays Great! This is a really great find! You have in one case a valve trombone and a slide trombone. Both versions are in very good playing condition. The slide is smooth and the valves have fantastic action. The third valve tuning slide is stuck and the two water keys on the valve section are stuck and will need some light adjustment to be able to open again. The water key on the slide just needs a light clean up as it does move but it gets stuck and has to be pushed back out. Overall the instrument is in very good physical condition with very few dents/dings to speak of. The horn plays with a nice big sound and the tone is even from top to bottom! Instrument Condition: The overall physical condition of this used instrument is. Some dents and dings. This instrument is currently in. Very Good playing condition. It has approximately 90-95% of the nickel silver finish on slide and the nickel silver finish on the valve slide is approximately 80-85%. It has approximately 80-85% of the lacquered finish. Light general wear (possible light surface scratches and/or minor dents and dings). All the valves are in good working condition and some of the tuning slides are stuck. The valves are super fast and have great action. They are very quiet. Light general wear (smooth and functions properly with some possible small surface scratches on the outside slide sleeves). No broken or patched metal. Tuning Slide Bow Condition. Slide Tip (Crook) Bow Condition. Light general wear (possible light surface scratches and/or minor dents and dings) for both.
