An American King Liberty Trumpet from the H. (Cleveland, OH), circa 1920/1921. Early serial number 49111. Original finish and includes case. Apart from some light, superficial tarnish (which may be easily rectified with professional cleaning), the instrument is functional, in good structural condition, and contains all constituent parts. Excellent piece for vintage players or collectors.

HN White KING 1480 5B trombone. This is a King symphony trombone by the HN White company. These are fantastic horns! These were marketed as bass trombones but are essentially large bore trombones with a 9 in Bell. They morphed into the 5B. Serial number makes it a 1965 horn. Virtually a 5B with a different wrap. The bell throat is larger than modern tenors. This trombone has been professionally serviced to return it to its top playing condition. The slide, tuning slide and rotor work as good as new. The horn could use a good polish. The silver plate is95% and there is minor noticeable loss on the tuning slide. The sound is big and dark but not bass trombone dark. The low range is smooth and relatively easy to control, very much like a modern large bore tenor. The horn comes with a period appropriate case that is in fair condition but is not original. Up for sale is a rare, beautiful and killer horn in GREAT condition. Made at the original HN White factory in Cleveland, these 1055T Flair’s are difficult to find. And I have owned this one (serial 415, xxx) and a later Eastlake horn and THIS one is the better of the two, by far. Posessing a sound that is full and deep in the lower registers and with a searing, clear edge in the upper octaves. Valve action is quiet, short stroke and fast. Simply a sensational player! Silver finish is as close to 100% as I dare say. Valves are awesome and have great compression. There is a tiny sign of dent/scuffing on lower bell tail area, but it probably doesn’t show in the pics it’s so inconsequential. Any questions, please ask! This is a 1930s HN White KING Pit tuba model 1281. 22 inch diameter bell. Comes with a simple stand. Has one dent on the outer top bow, otherwise in excellent condition. White King Super 20 alto saxophone with full pearls and a sterling silver socket neck. This first series vintage Super 20 alto sax is complete and no keys are missing or broken. The pads and corks are older and some may need to be replaced in the near future. There are a few noticeable minor bottom bow dents present and the body/neck have several minor dings throughout. The body and sterling silver socket neck share the same serial number, which is in the upper 287, xxx range and dates the year of manufacture to approximately 1947. There are scratches throughout from normal use and some lacquer wear, but most of what appears to be the original lacquer is present and approximately 85 to 90% of the lacquer is intact. Included is a somewhat used King wood shell alto saxophone case(leather trim is worn and has a noticeable tear, has a center buckle latch and one case latch spring is broken, but both outer latches catch as intended, interior is intact, case handle may need to be replaced soon).
