The Kanstul model 1600 B-flat Trumpet, Wayne Bergeron. The Model 1600 was developed with Los Angeles big band and studio work in mind. It sounds warm and lyrical in the staff, but will really sizzle in the upper register when you want it to. Getzen Padded Case w/ Shoulder Strap. Great Popular Student/Beginner Trumpet. Here’s a 100% complete Getzen USA 300 Series. Student trumpet outfit with Getzen padded case and Getzen 7C mouthpiece. This horn is in very good used condition and was well maintained by the previous owner. The shiny gold-lacquered brass finish is approx. 95% intact and besides some normal spots of light handwear, has a beautiful shine. Getzen lacquer has proven to be very beautiful and very durable. This trumpet has nickel silver trim and inner slides and a nickel silver leadpipe. The Getzen 300 model was designed to be a high quality student model trumpet. Serial number is G22XXX and the bell flare is engraved GETZEN 300 SERIES ELKHORN, WIS. This trumpet has smooth quick valves and Getzen makes some of the smoothest most reliable pistons in the business. All the slides move freely and have just been lubricated. Please check out the 12 photos. There are some shallow dents/dings in the bell section and some evidence of dent removal on part of the bell flare. This horn is in new old stock condition and will look even better with additional polishing. It has a 0.462 inch bore and the serial number is #16663. All the slides and valves move smoothly and there are no signs of corrosion in the leadpipe. No case or mouthpiece included. A beautiful horn that plays great!
