The serial number is 223xxx. As the pictures show, the horn is in pristine conditions with all the original lacquer intact and no damages none whatsoever. The horn comes in a Selmer USA case that is in perfect shape. As with my other horns, I had my tech at Sam Ash regulate the horn so that it plays before listing it for sale. I did, however, keep the original pads on the horn to reserve its originality. The next owner can decide whether to have them replaced. But as of now, they seal, and the horn plays easily up and down with a fat sound. I dont know what it is with Mark VIs made in 1974, but I have owned many of them, and none of them disappointed, and this particular one is no exception. So, make it yours before its gone.
