Very Nice New York, NY ML Bore silver plated Bach Stradivarius trumpet. Extrapolating from at least one website, this is apparently a very rare model 103-59. The receiver has 7 stamped on it. Everything functions as it should. Valves show very little wear. Compression i s good. Has small imperfections, dings, blemishes where tiny cracks were repaired in the bell that are very hard to see in the photos, but no large dents. Logo on bell is very clear. If you need more, let me know. Completely overhauled, cleaned and sanitized. According to numerous sources, the NY Vincent Bach trumpets from this era are still the standard to which top craftsmen aspire. A GREAT horn with range, intonation, warmth, volume, flexibility, slotting and soul. Comes with a copy of the original shop card from Vincent Bach when their horns were made in the Bronx. Also comes with a copy of a booklet from 1936 titled “The Proper Care of a Bach Trumpet and Cornet” Serial numbers on valves match trumpet. Complete with very functional Bach trumpet case, with non springing latches, A Vincent Bach New York, NY 7C gold plated mouthpiece is also included in good condition.
