HN White KING Silver Flair 1055T trumpet Cleveland rare EXCELLENT

Up for sale is a rare, beautiful and killer horn in GREAT condition. Made at the original HN White factory in Cleveland, these 1055T Flair’s are difficult to find. And I have owned this one (serial 415, xxx) and a later Eastlake horn and THIS one is the better of the two, by far. Posessing a sound that is full and deep in the lower registers and with a searing, clear edge in the upper octaves. Valve action is quiet, short stroke and fast. Simply a sensational player! Silver finish is as close to 100% as I dare say. Valves are awesome and have great compression. There is a tiny sign of dent/scuffing on lower bell tail area, but it probably doesn’t show in the pics it’s so inconsequential. Any questions, please ask! Check my solid feedback; I only sell quality horns that I would be proud to own! The junky ones I have bought in the past go to charities.. Very nice King 1055t “player” in very good condition from the early seventies, serial 470, xxx. Definitely not a museum piece; it’s without a case, has a few flaws, could use some silver polish and maybe new valve rubber, but MAN is it a great playing horn that I’ve priced accordingly! Please look at my pics carefully, as I’ve done my best to show any flaws. The leadpipe appears to be clean w/o issues. Valves are smooth and fast. V1 has some plating wear and small amount of compression loss. V2 and V3 are both excellent (using Al Cass oil). Some plating wear on bottom caps is all I can find. Corrosion on valve stems (can’t figure that one out). Few small scratches and “flea bites” that don’t show up in pics. One-inch very shallow crease line on bell (see last pic). Look at the photos this King Silver Flair is in great condition. The is the professional model. The 2005 were not the professional model. I have played Martins, Bach strads and nothing compares to the sound of a King Silver Flari 1055T model. They are getting harder and harder to come by. This is an original 1055T model made some where around 1972. The serial number is 453xxx. It was made in the Eastlake factory. Everything works as it should and the horn plays incredibly. The bore size is. The valve pistons are clean and in good condition. They move up and down quickly, quietly, and smoothly. Compression/vacum is very good. All slides move smoothly. The first valve trigger is the most intelligently designed trigger ever made. All bracing is strong and secure. This is an excellent professional level trumpet from the original King company. A original Vincent Bach 7C mouthpiece in included. The horn comes with the original King Hard Case. The case is not in great condition (look at pictures) Latches work but springs on latches do not. The 1055T was made famous by Herb Alpert, Dizzy Gillespie and Ollie Mitchell to mention a few. This is one of the cleanest vintage horns you will find. Look at the pictures.
