Gretsch G9201 Honey Dipper Round-Neck Brass Body Resonator Guitar, new HSC. It is made of solid bell brass with their “Pump House Roof” finish and a MOP headstock plate which gives it a great vintage vibe. Sorry for any confusion. The tuners are open-gear Grover Sta-Tite’s, and the guitar features Gretsch’s Ampli-Sonic cone. Rest assured, this baby is LOUD. The flaws that make it a “B” stock offering are shown in the last two photos: One is a small index mark under the finish on the bass side of the neck at the first fret. The second is a pale area in the neck finish where it meets the guitar. The guitar is not stamped “B” or “second” and carries a standard serial number. This guitar is absolutely top-notch and plays and sounds GREAT! Two reasons: 1 The neck on this guitar is a modern width at the nut (1-3/4) and my big paws prefer the baseball-bat necks of yesteryear.
