1951 Selmer SBA Super Balanced Action alto saxophone. Serial number 47395 on both body and neck. In very good cosmetic and working condition. Solid brass with no dents and crisp detailed engraving that you can feel. Good pads and felts. Inside the front lip there appears to be a few spots of rusting but it’s just on the surface and feels fairly smooth (see fourth photo). Comes with original case and end plug, and Mc Gregory Model A mouthpiece, all in good condition. In the photos you will see a lot of green but that’s just the reflection of my shirt; there is no green on the instrument other than the felts.
