Yanagisawa 800 VITO VSP Alto Saxophone – Professional Model. Great Professional Alto Sound. It is essentially a Yanagisawa 800 alto with VSP on the bell. The Yanagisawa logo is right next to the serial number. This sax is in good condition. It has been shop adjusted and plays well with a clear, full resonant sound from top to bottom. Resonant, clear, tone in all registers and excellent intonation as Yanagisawas are reknowned for. It has a pretty alto tone and nice full sound. Mechanically, the horn functions well. Cosmetically, this saxophone is in good overall condition with signs of use, scratches, lacquer wear, blemishes and some dings. There s an alternate F# key cup guard bracket missing but it does not affect the playability or mechanical function of this sax. In other words you can choose to have it replaced if you want but it is not necessary. Please look at photos. The pads are older but it plays well in all registers with a nice singing alto tone. As is usual with saxophones, you may want to have it adjusted to your liking and tastes by your preferred tech. We wiped the dust off and did a general wipe down but it. Has been in storage for a year so you may want to clean it up a bit. This is a great quality instrument by Yanagisawa. Yanagisawas are regarded as the best current made saxophones in the planet. This is a great alto for someone who is looking for a saxophone without breaking the bank. Arrives with original case which shows wear and age. This is a used instrument. Straight from our brass (and silver) instrument repair shop, our USED horns are brought back to life… All major dents are removed, joints re-soldered (if needed), patches repaired (if necessary) and the slides reworked. Our horns may be buffed, but all are hand polished to a good shine and are in good playable condition. We are proud to offer this refurbished instrument for sale. We have tried to describe it as it is, and are happy to answer any questions asked. Up for sale is a 1937 Holton Revelation Model Tenor Professional trombone made by Frank Holton & Co in Elkhorn, Wis, serial #122xxx. The slide also say Frank Holton Elkhorn Wis, #1179. There is a gold wash on the inner bell. This horn has a 7 bell flare and the slide bore is. This instrument has been hand-polished. This horn is a beautiful vintage horn and is very clean. There are a few minor pings and couple of minor dings on tuning crook. The tuning crook is a thread accuated. The slide has a small ping dent on the lower tube and crook. The slide action, however, is very good. The stockings show some wear and minor flaking with good compression. The grips have very light pitting, but no pitting at the bell grip. This instrument is not lacquered; therefore, this instrument may have to be polished periodically (we recommend using Weiman METAL Polish). This trombone comes with a Frank Holton & Co, Elkhorn, Wis. Revelation #82 mouthpiece and an original, worn case. It comes with the original Lyre and cleaning rod. This horn is a very pretty example of a vintage horn and makes for a nice presentation. It plays very nicely and can play all different volumes with tons of power. It has good intonation, slots well and makes a great jazz lead horn. What a nice, fun and attractive horn! THIS TRUMPET IS IN GREAT CONDITION AND CAN MAKE A GREAT HORN FOR THIS NEW SCHOOL / COLLEG / BAND SEASON! NOW FOR A LIMITED TIME GET FREE!!! Hello , Listing very beautiful NEAR MINT SHAPE Burbank Bb Trumpet made by Kanstul silver plated serial range 16xx and ML on the other side. Also Burbank stamped in 3 places 2nd valve below serial number , on the 3rd slide brace and of course on the bell. On bell there is a star and in the star is a number 3. All slides operate and valves are smooth with great compression and no wear. This horn is super clean just please see valve pistons photo with very clean felts as well! There are 2 Bach stop nuts on 3rd slide bottom rod which work very well and last one sits pretty tight so it wont let the slide go on the floor! I dont see any wear on silver just very minor scratches from low use. Horn looks very near showroom condition. There may have been a small repair on the bell edge in one area but its really done so well that it just looks just like silver has been polished. The white areas on my photos come from my window and are not part of the trumpet finish just the day light. This trumpet is in beautiful shape as well as Pro Tec case with a strap a really awesome package for school or college serious player. This Burbank trumpet is very versatile like the trumpet should be and will work well in many styles of music. Mr Kanstul was a Mr Benge apprentice and this Burbank Kanstul Line was based on original Benge Burbank era trumpet design. He made these Burbank trumpets sometime in the 1980s/1990s era. It`s possible that these are still being made but I`m not sure of that. Horn plays very well with very good sound and easy to get around registers and its been play tested by myself pro player! This is a great-playing example of a vintage Martin Committee III tenor saxophone, #163XXX, made in 1947 in Elkhart, Indiana at the peak quality of American saxophone production. Matching serial number on the neck. His sax has plenty of wear and scratching in it’s vintage relaquer finish, and 3 ot 4 post resolders, no effect on it’s great sound. Replacement thumbrest as see in photos 10 and 11. It is set up to good playing adjustment on a recent set of plastic dome resonator pads. This sax has a full, warm sound.
