Made this ones good few years ago now. It is one of a pair. The owner would not part with the matching cornet! Its had a fair amount of use over the years. Its been regularly serviced by us. It had a total overhaul and relacquer about 3-4 years ago. Bell flare has also had very recent repair work. It’s a stunning horn. Large bore Baurfiend valves. Amazing art deco engravings. Nine sided bell flare. Must make this next bit very clear. It is a stunner. It is in amazing condition’for it’s age and use’. Close up it is not perfect. Nothing that you can really see from more than two feet away. The mouthpiece is solid nickel silver and will come with it. To make this again would cost a fortune, so this is a very good deal.
