This horn doesn’t look that great but plays like a vintage Conn should. I had my local shop do a slide alignment and take out some denting on the bell section. Slide goes about 9 out of 10 but the horn is overall very straight and has no problems. Could use it on a gig tonight (if I had One). Tried to show the condition in the pics, but let me know if there is anything else you want to see. One tiny, pinhead size nick on the inner slide plating. No other worn through spots. A few bumps on the hand slide crook, but nothing that will affect the performance of the instrument. I’ve been using a Denis Wick 12CS and this horn really projects! Nice sound, slide is good, case smells like a 50-something year old case. Inside looks pretty good now that I glued the loose edges back. Latches all work perfectly and the handle is solid.
